About the Role
NBCUniversal's Global Immigration team manages full lifecycle immigration requirements worldwide. This role handles day-to-day execution and operational integrity of the immigration program from Universal City, CA.
What You'll Do
- Manage post-approval immigration compliance: reporting, document maintenance, work authorization tracking
- Maintain immigration records and trackers; complete audits and reconciliations
- Review I-9 and right-to-work documentation; conduct trainings
- Support immigration case management from intake through completion
- Administer immigration-related billing and invoice reconciliation
Requirements
- 3+ years of law firm or in-house corporate experience (immigration/compliance preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong Excel and document management skills
- Spanish language skills a plus
Work Mode
Hybrid — minimum 4 days/week from Universal City, CA
