About the Role
The Associate Manager, Toys manages segments of the Infant/Preschool Core Toys business for North America, handling licensee partnerships, approval processes, and new business development.
What You'll Do
- Lead licensing partnerships in the core toys space, aligned with brand objectives
- Negotiate complex licensing agreements from proposal through execution
- Partner with franchise and CP teams on product line plans
- Manage financial forecasting, budget allocations, and P&L reporting
- Work with the North America retail sales team on consumer-level opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of category management experience
- Strong cross-functional collaboration (Legal, Marketing, Product Development, Retail Sales)
- Experience negotiating licensing contracts and key business terms
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and Keynote
Work Mode
Hybrid — minimum 4 days/week from the office
