About the Role
Performs technical and mechanical work ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Property: 362 units.
What You'll Do
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing issues per code and safety standards
- Complete the "make-ready" process for vacant apartments (inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, final inspection)
- Track inventory of materials, supplies, equipment, and tools
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies; report accidents/incidents promptly
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience (HVAC or CPA Certifications preferred)
Schedule & Perks
- On-call required, 9am–6pm (subject to change)
- 20% housing discount for this position

$24–$26/hour
