Community Manager - The Adeline (Glendale)

About the Role

Manages day-to-day operations of The Adeline, a 235-unit stabilized property in Glendale — team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other multi-family housing regulations. Schedule: Monday-Friday.

What You'll Do

• Provides input into property budget development by analyzing financial statements and market information
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and ensuring timely rent/fee collection
• Approves vendor/contractor invoices and manages vendor communication
• Oversees the lease enforcement process, including applications, renewals, and periodic inspections
• Analyzes market trends and implements marketing/leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals
• Promotes resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and service requests

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Community Manager experience

Pay & Benefits

• $90,000–$100,000/year
