Leasing Manager

About the Role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for their Next on Lex/Brio communities. This role manages and directs the community's marketing, advertising, sales activities, leasing team members, and other resources to achieve revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals.

699 units. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm (subject to change).

This position is eligible for a 20% housing discount.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Oversee marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities
• Manage resident retention and handle escalations
• Track and report on leasing performance and KPIs
• Manage lease-up and occupancy strategies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Leasing Manager experience required
• Prior multifamily leasing experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leasing and sales background, customer service, and team leadership skills
