Janitorial Supervisor - Day Shift

About the Role

The Janitorial Supervisor (Day Shift) reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is responsible for directing and coordinating janitorial staff and services across assigned buildings at Cushman & Wakefield.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate all activities of shift employees across assigned buildings
• Ensure services are performed as contracted and meet customer specifications
• Maintain and monitor work schedules; prepare and submit weekly payroll timesheets
• Establish and maintain work performance standards
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory and key controls
• Perform snow removal services as needed
• Orient and train new employees; develop staff skills and abilities
• Maintain effective customer relations and resolve on-site service delivery problems
• Conference room setups and internal moves as needed

Requirements

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Motivated, proactive individual
• Background check required

Pay & Benefits

$27.20–$32.00/hr · Full-time
