About the Role
The Janitorial Night Manager oversees all custodial operations for the account, supervising cleaners and cleaning operations on a night shift (Monday–Friday, 10:00pm–6:00am).
What You'll Do
- Manage 24/7 janitorial activities, schedules, and performance standards
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and manage supply inventory
- Recruit, train, and evaluate custodial staff
- Handle payroll functions and resolve employee payroll issues
- Comply with safety trainings; report and investigate incidents
- Perform cleaning inspection tours and step in on cleaning tasks as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 3–5 years of management experience in cleaning/custodial operations
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
