Cleaner, 2nd Shift

About the role

Full-time custodial position working the 2nd shift at a C&W Services client site in Burbank. Reports to the Custodial Manager or Supervisor.

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other interior surfaces
• Operate commercial floor buffers, shampoo machines, and backpack vacuums
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and horizontal surfaces; perform periodic high dusting
• Clean and restock bathrooms daily
• Wash windows, glass doors, and interior walls as needed
• Collect trash and replace can liners per specs
• Report maintenance defects (clogged drains, burned-out lights) to supervisor
• Perform periodic deep-clean tasks including wall washing and surface polishing

Requirements

• No prior cleaning experience required
• Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate as a team
• Ability to operate standard cleaning tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and high energy/endurance

Pay & benefits

• $18.47–$19.68/hr
