About the Role
Drives and oversees assessments, implementations, and evaluation of projects and initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Identify improvement opportunities across departments and implement solutions
- Eliminate manual, repetitive tasks through process optimization
- Develop training materials and reference documentation
- Test workflows and create necessary forms
- Support software implementation and EHR module updates
- Troubleshoot end-user issues during system implementations
- Plan and execute efficiency projects
- Conduct site visits to evaluate processes and recommend changes
Requirements
- Healthcare process improvement experience preferred
- Health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred
- Change management or organizational redesign experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
- $28–$30/hour
