About the Role
Disney is seeking a Games Partnership Manager to support its groundbreaking partnership with Epic Games in developing a new Disney digital universe connected to Fortnite, reporting to the Director, Partnerships & Commercialization for Disney Games & Digital Entertainment.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day account operations between Disney and Epic Games, tracking objectives, timelines, and KPIs
- Help shape commercial strategy — business models, deal structures, monetization, and go-to-market plans
- Coordinate across product, legal, production, and marketing on contract drafting and deal execution
- Track and report performance metrics, including revenue and strategic KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years in business development or partnerships, ideally in games, streaming, or entertainment
- Experience negotiating complex deals (co-development, licensing, commercial agreements) preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
Schedule
Full-time.
Pay
$115,500–$154,800/year.
