About the role
Perform general recreation duties, routine clerical work, and facility maintenance at City of Burbank recreation facilities.
What you'll do
- Greet the public, answer phones, and provide information on City programs and services
- Distribute and collect recreation equipment; monitor facilities to enforce rules
- Maintain facility equipment, supplies, and cleanliness; collect refuse and litter
- Process activity registrations and monetary transactions using computer software
- Handle facility set-up/breakdown and proper opening/closing procedures
- Drive on City business as needed
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Customer service and computer skills
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Valid California Class "C" driver's license at time of appointment
- CPR, communicable diseases, and First Aid certificate within 3 months of appointment

- $19.13–$22.18/hr
