About the role
NBCUniversal is looking for a Facilities Information System Manager to manage all aspects of the NBCU Enterprise Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and related connected information systems — the core platform enabling workforce labor scheduling, space management, move management, inventory, and asset management.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary administrator for the Archibus IWMS: configuration, security, user permissions, and access levels
- Configure, program, test, validate, and deploy system enhancements
- Design and maintain system fields, workflows, integrations, and business rules
- Partner with the hosted solution provider on business requirements, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), QA activities, and production deployments
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years managing complex technology platforms (Archibus, Esri, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to map system fields for interface management
- Proven analysis skills using Smart Client, Excel, and other IT tools
- 5+ years preferred as a stand-out qualification
Pay & benefits
$90,000–$125,000/year.
