About the Role
The Entertainment Coordinator provides administrative support to two creative executives in Current Programming at Universal Television Studio, serving as office liaison with internal NBCU divisions and the external business and creative community.
What You'll Do
- General administrative duties: phones, scheduling, drive-ons, expenses, travel arrangements
- Maintain reports and databases for staffing, production schedules, material delivery, and studio-wide series coverage
- Coordinate conference calls, run-thrus, meetings, and table reads
- Assist communications with production, talent, NBCU departments, networks, studios, agencies, and managers
- Conduct research; maintain awareness of industry trends, formats, talent, and competitive environment
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year working within a studio, network, agency, or production company in an assistant capacity
- Working knowledge of Adobe, Final Draft, Microsoft Office preferred
- Knowledge of TV development and current programming processes preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hybrid — min. 4 days/week in office. Salary: $56,000–$60,000. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement.
