Employee Relations & HR Operations Specialist

About the Role

Primarily responsible for Employee Relations and workplace investigations (~70% of the role), with the remaining 30% in HR operational support.

What You'll Do

Employee Relations:

• Serve as primary contact for employee relations matters
• Counsel employees and managers on workplace concerns and policy interpretation
• Conduct prompt, thorough, impartial investigations of employee complaints
• Gather facts, conduct interviews, prepare investigation summaries
• Support performance management and discipline processes
• Monitor employee relations trends; train managers on best practices

HR Operations:

• Support payroll and employee lifecycle processes
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and status changes
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Support benefits and leave administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years HR experience; 2–3 years employee relations/investigation experience
• Knowledge of multi-state, California, and Nevada employment laws
• Experience advising managers on employee relations matters
• Preferred: multi-site or healthcare environment experience; HRIS/case management systems
