About the Role

As the leader of the health care team, the RN provides professional nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Lead the health care team, delegate tasks appropriately, and demonstrate accountability
• Develop and contribute to individualized patient care plans — assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Ensure patient safety in medications, procedures, fall prevention, and infection prevention
• Provide optimal pain control and patient comfort; support discharge planning and education
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality
