About the Role

The Director, Americas Brand Commercialization is responsible for leading and finalizing regional brand strategy for the Marvel and Star Wars portfolios across the Americas. Working closely with global brand partners and regional stakeholders, the role translates long-term franchise priorities into clear regional strategies that support brand growth, consumer engagement, and commercial objectives.

The role is responsible for setting strategic priorities and guiding the development of go-to-market frameworks. A critical component of the role is analyzing business performance, consumer trends, retail dynamics, and market opportunities to identify growth drivers, inform strategic decision-making, and shape future brand priorities. With a focus on long-range planning, the Director helps define the 24-month strategic roadmap for the region, ensuring brand strategies balance immediate opportunities with sustainable long-term growth.

As the senior regional brand lead for Marvel and Star Wars, the Director champions brand strategy across the organization, building alignment across category, retail, marketing, creative, finance, and global partners, and serves as a key representative of the brand with senior internal stakeholders and strategic external partners. The role reports to the VP, Americas Brand Commercialization.
