About the Role

Under general supervision, the Customer Service Specialist provides technical customer service assistance to CCRC customers through incoming phone calls and in-person interactions at the Customer Support Center.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming calls and in-person inquiries at the Customer Support Center
• Provide technical assistance on CCRC programs and services
• Collaborate with Agency departments to maintain up-to-date program knowledge
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Armenian preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in a call center or customer-facing support role a plus

Pay

$20.00/hr. Full-time. On-site.
