Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) seeks a full-time Provider Liaison. Bilingual English/Armenian highly preferred. Pay: $21/hr.
What you'll do
- Analyze provider eligibility and documentation per county and state guidelines
- Provide eligibility and documentation assistance to childcare providers
- Maintain accurate provider files
- Respond to provider inquiries about CCFA program requirements and procedures
- Support providers through enrollment, eligibility, and documentation compliance
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth provider support
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual English/Armenian highly preferred
- Experience in social services, childcare, or a related field preferred
