What you'll do
Data Project Coordination (50%)
- Manage the project life cycle for People & Culture and interdepartmental initiatives
- Communicate project status, goals, and targets to stakeholders
- Research, develop, and implement policies and procedures as needed
People Data Analytics (50%)
- Analyze operational data related to People & Culture initiatives
- Develop and deliver workforce analytics reports and dashboards
Requirements
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with HRIS systems and people data analytics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
