What you'll do
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams (Application Support, Data & Reporting Analytics, Software Development, and Network/Systems Engineering)
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Ensure incoming requests and projects are well-defined, feasible, and aligned with organizational capabilities
- Partner with leaders to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions
- Manage the project lifecycle for technology initiatives
Requirements
- BA/BS in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, ideally in a nonprofit or government-funded environment
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
