About the Role
The Disney Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Creator Content & Partnerships team develops and scales strategic creator collaborations that expand audience engagement across Disney+ globally. By identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with creators, talent, and digital media brands, the team delivers original creator-led content that extends the reach of Disney's iconic storytelling while driving audience growth, engagement, and retention.
As audiences increasingly consume short-form video, livestreams, podcasts, and creator-first content, Disney continues to invest in innovative ways to connect with fans across emerging platforms. The Creator Content & Partnerships Specialist plays an important role in bringing these initiatives to life by supporting creator campaigns, coordinating partnerships, and helping deliver engaging content experiences that strengthen the Disney+ brand.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creator Content & Partnerships, this role supports the execution of creator programs from concept through launch while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, creatively, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about the creator economy, with experience supporting creator or influencer campaigns and enjoys building relationships while managing multiple priorities across creative and operational workstreams.
What You'll Do
Creator Partnerships & Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of creator partnership campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand affinity for Disney+.
- Coordinate creator relationships throughout campaign lifecycles, including outreach, onboarding, communications, approvals, and deliverables.
- Assist in managing relationships with creators, talent representatives, agencies, and media partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Support partnership activations and creator experiences while helping maintain long-term creator relationships.
- Track campaign milestones and ensure projects remain on schedule while proactively identifying and resolving executional challenges.
Creator Content Operations
- Coordinate creator-led content initiatives from concept through launch, partnering with internal teams and external creators to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Manage project timelines, creative reviews, content approvals, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Programming, Product, and Partnerships teams to support the successful execution of creator content.
- Help ensure creator content aligns with Disney brand standards, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
Insights & Performance
- Conduct creator research and identify emerging creators, trends, and partnership opportunities that align with Disney+ audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting that measures engagement, reach, and overall program effectiveness.
- Analyze platform trends, audience behaviors, and creator performance to provide recommendations that improve future campaigns.
- Support the ongoing development of creator databases, partnership documentation, and operational best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Digital, Programming, Analytics, Sales, International, and Partnerships teams to execute creator initiatives aligned with Disney+ business priorities.
- Coordinate project updates, meeting materials, timelines, and communications across stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas that enhance creator strategies, campaign execution, and operational efficiency.
- Support the continued growth and evolution of Disney's creator ecosystem through collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
