What You'll Do
- Deliver individualized behavioral intervention services to children with autism and related conditions
- Implement ABA-based treatment plans under clinical supervision
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in training and professional development
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with children with developmental differences preferred
- RBT certification a plus or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion
