About the Role

Cortica is seeking a Pediatrician to join their growing multidisciplinary team in Glendale, CA. Cortica serves patients with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, epilepsy, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodevelopmental differences.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care, in-person and via telehealth, to pediatric and adult patients in Cortica's clinical scope
• Perform all required patient care activities: history, exam, clinical decision-making, order entry, referrals, documentation
• Meet productivity standards and appropriate ratio of new-to-follow-up patient visits
• Complete clinical documentation with 80% same-day and 100% within two business days
• Participate in Weekly Rounds, Medical Faculty Learning Hour, case collaboration meetings, and medical faculty meetings
• Meet expected standards for patient outcomes, patient experience, and teammate experience
• Maintain a patient panel that meets capacity
• Access Clinical Advisor support proactively throughout the work week

Requirements

• Four years of medical school from an accredited university
• Three years residency training in pediatrics
• Board certified in pediatrics
• Current, unrestricted CA license

Pay & Benefits
