About the Role
CVS Health is hiring a sales-oriented Beauty Sales Consultant for its beauty retail division — the primary beauty advisor for customers in the store's beauty zone, building a personalized shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, with upselling and follow-up to build relationships
- Educate customers on product usage and benefits; leverage the CVS Beauty monthly sampling program
- Represent CVS Beauty Club programs, in-store events, and current promotions
- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials
- Keep the beauty zone stocked, merchandised, and compliant with hygiene standards
Training & Growth
Complete 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing education on products and selling skills; participate in sales training meetings and calls on programs, launches, and goals.
