About the role
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team, driving store execution and performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads store staff and handles opening/closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct the store's crew; communicate between store management and crews
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS's customer service culture
- Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, signage, and POG resets
Requirements
- Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills
- Advanced communication and supervision skills
- Flexible schedule availability, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
Schedule & pay
Anticipated weekly hours: 29. Pay range $20.47–$29.47/hr, depending on experience, education, and geography.
