At Your Service Center Associate

About the Role

As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you are at the heart of delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. You'll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled 30+ hours per week, part-time 12–24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and start friendly, personal conversations
• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including BOPS
• Ensure the collection area is organized so the customer pick-up experience is friction-free
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise and keeping the pickup and return areas clean
• Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of Buy Online Pickup In Store orders
• Share our Loyalty program benefits with customers
