Analyst, HR Ops Security & Apps

About the Role

The Analyst, HR Operations Security & Applications supports and enhances HR processes and systems for all NBCUniversal employees, with a focus on functional security administration of HR applications globally. Reports to the Senior Manager, HR Operations Security & Applications.

What You'll Do

• Administer system access requests for HR applications, ensuring timely, accurate provisioning
• Troubleshoot system and security access issues reported by users
• Conduct quarterly security audits and user access reviews for compliance and SOX requirements
• Gather requirements for new security access and partner with IT security on role creation/testing
• Partner with stakeholders on security role modifications and enhancements
• Collaborate on requirements for new applications or enhancements; drive new releases
• Serve as primary point of contact between HR and IT on application matters
• Support system implementation projects from a functional security perspective

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of HRIS-related experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Ability to commute weekly (typically one day, sometimes more) to Universal City, CA or New York, NY
• Experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors preferred

Pay

$65,000–$80,000/year
