What you'll do
- Define and execute IT strategy aligned with the Credit Union's goals
- Own application, integration, and cloud architecture standards and roadmaps
- Oversee IT program management, project delivery, and release management
- Own IT risk management, compliance, audit coordination, and regulatory readiness
- Oversee the Core Banking Software Engineering team and CBS engineering roadmap
- Lead the IT PMO and drive portfolio transparency and execution excellence
- Own IT budget planning, forecasting, and financial governance
