About the role
Handles daily cash management, reconveyance processing, and legal-file auditing for Logix's real estate loan servicing.
What you'll do
- Process payments, wire transfers, and escrow disbursements
- Prepare reconveyance documents for paid-off mortgages and HELOCs
- Audit legal files and maintain collateral/legal documentation
- Serve as liaison between the sub-servicer and the Credit Union for loan adjustments and disputes
- Transfer and track servicing reports
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with cash management, escrow, and title/reconveyance processes
- Excellent member/internal customer service skills

Hybrid.
