About the Role
Disney Live Entertainment is hiring a VP, Creative & Advanced Development to lead global creative vision and innovation for live entertainment across Disney's parks, resorts, and cruise line.
What You'll Do
- Own creative delivery for DLE capital/expense projects, events, new lands, ships, and gates
- Provide functional leadership for the global creative team, including site-based Creative Directors
- Direct DLE's Advanced Development function (LEAD), exploring emerging entertainment trends
- Partner with R&D and production teams on new business models and production approaches
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive creative leadership in theatre, themed entertainment, or immersive design
- Demonstrated success directing large-scale live productions
