About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead multi-trade operations (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Landscaping, Utility, Paint, Mill/Carpentry)
- Maintain reliability of critical infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life safety systems)
- Drive preventive/predictive maintenance programs and coordinate emergency response
- Lead a large union and non-union multi-trade workforce; manage staffing and labor relations
Requirements
- Experience managing multi-trade facilities/infrastructure operations, including union workforces
- Ability to partner across Engineering, Capital Planning, Safety, and Finance teams
