About the Role
20th Television is hiring an intern for its Office of the President, Spring 2027 (January-June 2027), supporting the President alongside her Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant.
What You'll Do
- Assist with administrative tasks: calls, scheduling, calendar and materials management
- Research travel/logistics and manage databases (Airtable, contacts, distribution lists)
- Read incoming scripts and provide feedback; take notes in team meetings
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university, at least 18 years old
- Unrestricted work authorization; able to provide own housing in the LA area
- Available Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PT for the full internship
Pay
$23.00/hour.
