Talent & Growth Planning & Operations Intern, Spring 2027

About the Role

The Walt Disney Company's Talent & Growth Center of Excellence is looking for a Planning & Operations Intern for Spring 2027. This team plays an integral role in onboarding, developing, and shaping experiences for TWDC employees at all levels.

Full-time, six-month internship in Burbank, CA — January 2027 through June 2027.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate logistics for high-impact learning sessions: enrollments, participant communications, virtual and in-person support
• Research and implement AI tools and emerging technology to streamline team workflows
• Provide administrative support for program offerings and maintain class data in TWDC's Learning Management System (D Learn)
• Leverage data to inform best practices and tell the story of learning experiences to stakeholders
• Travel locally between Burbank and Glendale to support in-person learning events

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (Junior or Senior preferred), OR in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• At least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization
• Strong data and project management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel — VLOOKUPS, pivot tables)
• Excitement about AI and automation tools

Preferred

• Interest in event support, facilitation, and data analysis
• Familiarity with Airtable and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Major or coursework in Project Management, Human Resources, or Learning Psychology

Pay & Benefits

$23.00/hr in California. Select benefits may be provided.
