Support Lead, Full-Time

About the role

The Support Lead helps oversee daily store activities, ensuring associates deliver excellent customer service, and steps in as Manager on Duty when needed — taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Trains the crew on customer service standards and oversees daily associate performance
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock onto the sales floor
• Manages store opening/closing procedures, including securing cash and setting alarms
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drives store sales and controls expenses; partners on merchandising procedures
• Performs store maintenance duties

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
