What You'll Do

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for the sales floor
• Manage display setup/maintenance and signage for store sections per corporate guidelines
• Manage store opening/closing, including cash security and alarms
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service
• Support onboarding and training of associates; drive sales and control expenses
• Execute the market plan and ensure inventory integrity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 25 lbs, use ladders, and remain standing ~80% of shift
• Must be at least 18 years old; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
