What You'll Do

• Ensure crew members deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience and train them on it
• Help oversee daily store associate activities and customer service standards
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; manage store opening/closing procedures
• Support onboarding and training; drive sales and control expenses
• Perform store maintenance (trash, sweeping, restrooms, stock room)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 25 lbs, use ladders, and remain standing ~80% of shift
• Must be at least 18 years old; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
