The Operations Supervisor for Deluxe Cinema plays a crucial role in maintaining the production pipeline, meeting deadlines, and supporting department managers. Based in Burbank, CA.
What you'll do
- Understand Deluxe Cinema workflows to communicate and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Enforce procedures, assist with workflow implementations, and ensure operations comply with security protocols
- Support management with disseminating information to operations staff and set a positive team environment
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues that might hinder production; provide internal technical support to staff
- Support complex or time-sensitive workflows and projects
Requirements
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations with deadlines and high-profile client interaction
- Familiarity with Linux systems and software (Transkoder, Clipster, Resolve, Baselight, Pro Tools, Aspera P2P, Signiant, Faspex)
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of cinema workflows/standards and Microsoft 365
- Minimum two years' experience in cinema post-production; one year in program management/customer service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Pay & benefits
$80,000-$85,000/year, based in Burbank, CA.
