Director, Dubbing Procurement

About the Role

Deluxe is looking for a Director, Dubbing Procurement to own the assignment strategy for global dubbing services — strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, cost management, and supplier performance — building a scalable, compliant, cost-effective dubbing supply base. Reports to the VP, Vendor Management.

What You'll Do

• Own the global dubbing procurement category strategy, including multi-year sourcing roadmaps
• Define vendor segmentation strategies (strategic, preferred, tactical) balancing cost, quality, and capacity
• Own commercial governance and reporting; analyze spend, demand, and market conditions to inform sourcing
• Oversee competitive sourcing activities (RFPs/RFQs) across regions and languages
• Own the work assignment strategy and execution, balancing customer, commercial, and quality needs
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on dubbing market trends, risks, and opportunities
• Mentor team members and represent procurement in cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in media localisation, dubbing, or post-production
• Deep understanding of global dubbing workflows, languages, and regional market dynamics
• Strong analytical, financial, and contract management skills; team leadership experience in a global setting

Pay & Benefits

$128,000–$160,000/yr, plus Deluxe's medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
