Title Manager, Lead

About the Role

The Title Manager, Lead maintains end-to-end accountability for delivery of assigned titles/projects at Deluxe, a global media and entertainment services company, on time, within budget, and to required quality. Oversees and serves as a point of escalation for junior title leads. Reports to the Director, Title Management. Based in Burbank, CA (hybrid).

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned titles/projects, managing large localization projects from inception to completion
• Provide proactive client updates, escalate issues, and contribute to strategic initiatives
• Improve the localization pipeline in collaboration with Localization, Operations, and Product teams
• Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies; monitor service quality and drive process improvement
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and provide informal training for junior/pooled project leads
• Own billing accuracy for assigned projects/titles

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in client services/order management with demonstrated management ability
• Knowledge of end-to-end post-production, including marketing campaign execution
• Strong collaborative mindset and experience with global cross-functional teams
• Localization platform/AI translation experience and multilingual skills a plus

Hybrid, Burbank, CA.

Pay & Benefits

$105,000–$120,000/year.
