About the Role
Retail Store Associates provide differentiated customer service in a leading retail setting, working both independently and as part of a team.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and help locate items; anticipate and resolve service issues
- Handle cashier duties — cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and manage inventory
- Support photo and beauty departments; assist pharmacy personnel as opportunities for growth
- Support store opening and closing activities
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for sustained periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
- Retail or customer service experience preferred; high school diploma preferred
Schedule & Pay
Part-time, 24 hours/week. Pay range $18.47–$25.47/hr depending on experience, education, and geography.
