Retail Store Associate

About the role

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role at CVS Health — working both independently and as part of a team in a growing, customer-focused role, roughly 20 hours/week.

What you'll do

• Provide differentiated customer service, anticipating needs and resolving issues
• Give a warm, friendly greeting and help locate items
• Accurately perform cashier duties (cash, checks, credit cards)
• Maintain the sales floor: restocking, checking in vendors, updating pricing, inventory
• Support opening/closing store activities and all departments, including photo and beauty
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed — a path for career growth

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Able to remain upright for sustained periods; lift/exert up to 35 lbs occasionally
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred; HS diploma preferred but not required

Pay

$18.97/hr, approximately 20 hours/week (part-time)
