CA Staff Pharmacist, Overnight Full-Time

About the role

Our Staff Pharmacists play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in their pharmacy — acting as a role model, demonstrating genuine care, and setting the bar for the pharmacy team. This is an overnight, full-time shift.

What you'll do

• Help manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
• Oversee the pharmacy as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts, coaching pharmacy team members
• Assume Pharmacy Manager's day-to-day duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty
• Support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails
• Proactively offer and deliver immunizations; support techs in learning to immunize
• Manage pharmacy inventory best practices, including cold chain protection
• Partner with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations
