Sr Project Planner Scheduler

About the Role

NBCUniversal (Universal Studios Hollywood) is looking for a Sr Project Planner Scheduler to lead the USH Project Scheduling Portfolio — developing and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules across the project lifecycle for ride, show, and facility development.

What You'll Do

• Prepare project life-cycle and master schedules using Primavera; develop schedules from multi-discipline drawings and specs
• Coordinate with estimating/finance teams on scope definition and durations for project monitoring and controls reporting
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to integrate activity durations and sequencing
• Lead planning and coordination meetings; collect and report progress, evaluate variances, and develop work-around plans
• Conduct resource loading/analysis and produce earned-value tracking tools and progress curves
• Guide other USH Project Schedulers while owning major projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of engineering/construction planning and scheduling experience
• 5+ years theme park planning/coordination experience preferred; 5+ years of Primavera scheduling experience required
• Prior project controls leadership/supervisory experience preferred
