About the Role
This role sits in the Disney Global Product Creation organization within Technology for Disney Experiences, working closely with Publishing and Brand teams. The Senior Product Manager reports to the Manager, Product Management.
What You'll Do
- Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through delivery
- Develop product requirements and user stories translating technical needs into functional capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, support, and business partners
- Own execution across solution definition, validation, development, launch, and iteration
- Define product success metrics and apply AI to improve product outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience creating roadmaps, user personas, and product artifacts
- Proficient in stakeholder management and technical trade-offs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
- Executive presence and experience presenting to leadership
- Experience using AI tools/agents for Product Management
- Experience with Publishing platforms
Pay
