Sr. Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Operations

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations drives operational strategy for the Enterprise Sales organization from pipeline (Sales Development) through to close. This is a hands-on, player-coach role requiring analytical rigor, strategic project management, and senior-level stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily Sales Operations: KPI reporting, forecasting, capacity management, account assignment, month-end close
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives: key account engagement, automation & tooling, territory management, annual planning
• Partner with Sales Development and Sales leaders on performance trends and operational improvements
• Develop strategic initiatives to improve Enterprise full-cycle sales performance
• Collaborate across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing on large-scale projects
• Manage and develop a small team covering Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations

Requirements

• 5–8 years in high-growth tech Sales Ops and/or management consulting
• Experience in operations/revops, strategy, or finance within SaaS; Enterprise Sales experience a plus
• 1–2+ years managing a team
• Strong analytical skills: Excel/Gsheet modeling; SQL and Tableau preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for VP+ audiences
• Bachelor's degree required
• In-office presence in Glendale, CA 1 day/week

Pay & Benefits

• $179,900–$269,900/yr (Zone 1: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA)
