Associate Strategic Development Manager

About the Role

As an Associate Strategic Development Manager (SDM), you'll generate new business within the Strategic Enterprise segment through outbound outreach, pipeline development, and supporting enterprise sales cycles.

What You'll Do

• Generate pipeline through outbound cold calling campaigns to hit individual quota
• Support development of new enterprise business via relationships, cold calling, trade shows, and conferences
• Qualify inbound leads, complete needs assessments, and schedule demos
• Coordinate meetings between internal stakeholders and prospective customers
• Manage open campaigns/sequences via email, task, and call completion
• Work cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Partnerships, Pro Products, and FP&A

Requirements

• 3+ years of SDR experience calling into large accounts (5+ years preferred)
• Experience working with complex enterprise organizations at executive level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; Salesforce and Gong a plus
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Hybrid schedule: 1–2 days/week in office if within ~40 miles of hub

Pay & Benefits

• $33.85/hr (Zone 1: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA) + variable commission
