About the Role
Senior Pro Product Development Representatives identify and connect with existing ServiceTitan customers on how Pro modules can enhance their ROI, and add value to prospective customers by explaining the core program. Based in Glendale, CA.
What You'll Do
- Build and own a strong sales pipeline, engaging new and existing customers
- Maintain high outbound activity, including 30+ calls per day
- Lead customers through discovery to identify needs and business challenges
- Partner with Account Managers on strategic account plans
- Represent ServiceTitan at industry tradeshows (travel required, ~3–4 trips/month in peak season)
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success (cross-sell/up-sell)
- 12+ months of outbound calling experience
- Ability to travel domestically 50% of the time
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone demeanor
