Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, HR, Training, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or training coordination
- 3+ years of LMS administration including tier 1 support and troubleshooting
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate) and virtual facilitation (Zoom, Teams)
- Strong Excel/reporting skills and excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
