About the Role

Directs and leads FP&A — budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic analysis — supervising and mentoring the FP&A team.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the annual budget and maintain rolling three- to five-year forecasts
• Oversee budgeting/forecasting for CDSS contracts and grants; partner with Accounting on reporting automation
• Analyze trends, variances, and key business drivers; build reports and dashboards for leadership
• Support financial statements and monthly financial packages with the Controller
• Optimize AI-enabled and automated financial models, systems, and planning tools
• Advise senior leaders on financial strategy and partner with the CFO and C-suite

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 8–10 years of FP&A experience, including 6 years leading direct reports
• Expert financial modeling; advanced knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and KPIs
• Experience with ERP/planning software (Adaptive, Anaplan, SAP, Workday) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
