Sr. Analyst, Compensation

About the Role

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design, delivery, and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs. You'll conduct data analysis, market pricing, and program administration, partnering with HR and business stakeholders across the company.

Hybrid — minimum 4 days per week in-office.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and competitive assessments; summarize findings for compensation recommendations
• Partner with HR teams on compensation-related matters and program analytics
• Participate in and organize market compensation survey data
• Prepare compensation-related presentations and educational materials for all levels
• Support annual compensation planning, data validation, reporting, and analysis
• Monitor market, industry, and economic trends for compensation program recommendations
• Support governance and maintenance of the global job architecture in HRIS
• Support employee recognition programs: participation analysis, vendor partnerships, program enhancement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of compensation, HR, finance, or analytical consulting experience
• Experience with compensation survey data, HRIS platforms, and compensation systems
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, reporting)
• Discretion and integrity handling sensitive and confidential information

Pay & Benefits

$100,000–$120,000/yr. Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement.
